USA Today 10best

ROLE: Visual / UI / UX / Front-end Devlopement / Responsive Design

2013 was a significant transition year for 10best. The Gannett Company purchased the publication and planned to revamp the site, building it in HTML5 and responsive for desktop, mobile and tablet viewing. They planned to run it under the travel vertical as a standalone product that would work symbiotically with other publications at USA Today. I was hired to lead the visual / ui / ux design and the front end development. I created wireframes, visual mocks, user flows and prototypes to share the vision, design principles and content strategy. I've also led the ux design for our USA Today: 10Best Eat app to be released. To comply with my non-disclosure agreement, I have omitted confidential information on this page. (view live site)
